Shipping Policy

At Liora Beauty Stores, we are committed to providing you with reliable and secured shipping. 

We are only delivering our products within Egypt right now. 

If you live in another country, we are apologizing that unfortunately we will not be able to deliver abroad. If you have placed an order from outside of Egypt, you will be refunded within 7 to 14 days.

1. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options depending on the value of your order. All orders above 800 EGP are entitled for FREE Delivery (within Cairo, Giza & Alexandria Only).   

2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed within the same day. You will receive a confirmation on your Liora account once the order has been processed, and when the order is shipped. 

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and at what time the order is placed (also keep in mind that there is no delivery services on Friday & Public Holidays). Delivery Times will be listed in the table below. 

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location (City), and Free shipping is available for certain orders as mentioned above.

5. Delivery Time & Fees Structure

Now we also offer Next Day Delivery (Not including Weekends & Public Holidays) for (Madinaty) – Expanding Soon! 

5. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
