Liora Beauty Stores return policy
All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. When packing your order, we strictly go through quality checks for making sure that we are eliminating any chances of damaged products or wrong order before sending them to you.
However, Liora Beauty Stores offers its customers a simple returns policy, where you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 3 days of its delivery, in case the products were damaged, or incorrect Only.
Liora Beauty Store will return orders only if the return reason is a damaged Product or wrong product Only.
The return process:
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product:
1- Email Liora Support Team at Support@liorabeautystores.com within 3 days max from receiving your order.
2- Provide us with your email, phone number, order number, and full details plus an image/video of the damaged product for our review.
3- If the product is meeting the return criteria mentioned above, our team will let you know, and they will organize for our courier to collect the damaged product within 5 working days free of charge.
4- Then, we will initiate either an in-store credit voucher or a replacement once the products have been received in their original, unopened packaging.
