Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Liora Beauty Stores offers an Affiliate Marketing Program that allows affiliates to promote our products and earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Our website sells a variety of skincare, body care, and hair care brands to customers in Egypt.
To participate in the Program, Affiliates must meet the following criteria:
• Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.
• Geographical Limitations: You must be based in Egypt or have an audience located within Egypt.
• Website or Social Media Requirement: Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that aligns with the nature of our products (skincare, body care, and hair care).
• *Minimum Followers: Applicants with social media accounts or YouTube channels must have a minimum of 1000 followers/subscribers to be considered for the Program. The number of followers should be genuine and engaged.
• Content Quality: Your content must be of high quality, original, and relevant to the skincare, body care, or hair care industries.
• Compliance with Laws: Your social media accounts or website and promotional activities must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards in Egypt.
We reserve the right to review and approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.
Once you are approved, we will provide you with access to our affiliate dashboard where you can:
• Generate unique affiliate links to track referrals.
• View reports on your affiliate sales, commissions, and payments.
• Access promotional banners, links, and other marketing materials.
You agree to keep your affiliate account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link (URL) that they can use to refer customers to our website. Sales will be attributed to the Affiliate’s account when a customer makes a purchase through the Affiliate’s unique link.
• *Cookie Duration: The tracking cookie placed on a customer’s browser will last *30 days. If the customer purchases within this period, the Affiliate will receive the commission for the sale.
• Valid Referrals: Referrals are only considered valid if the customer completes the purchase on our website. Clicks or sign-ups that do not result in a sale will not generate commission.
• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn an interesting a good set commission on the total sale price of the products purchased by customers referred by the Affiliate. Percentage will be communicated upon acceptance in the program.
• Commission Payment: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate has accumulated a minimum payout of EGP 100.
• Payments Wait Period: Payments wait time to make sure that all products sold were successful. So the wait period will be 30 days (i.e. affiliates will be paid on 1st March for all sales completed on January, then sales completed on February will be paid on 1st April).
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via Bank Transfer, or InstaPay Transfer to any type of Wallet.
• Chargebacks/Refunds: If a customer returns a product or cancels an order, the Affiliate’s commission will be deducted accordingly.
• Affiliate Coupons: We may provide Affiliate-specific discount coupons to promote products. The validity of these coupons will be specified at the time of issue. Affiliates must ensure that the coupons are used in accordance with the terms provided.
• Coupon Lifespan: Affiliate coupons will have a Only 30 days lifespan unless otherwise specified. After the coupon expires, the Affiliate will no longer receive commissions on orders made using the coupon.
• Coupon Sharing: Affiliates must not distribute or promote affiliate coupons via unauthorized channels or platforms, such as coupon websites, without our explicit permission. Violation of this may result in termination from the Program.
Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines when promoting our products:
• No misleading claims: Affiliates should not make false or misleading claims about our products.
• No spamming: Affiliates must not engage in unsolicited email marketing, spamming, or any aggressive promotional tactics.
• Branding and Content Usage: Affiliates are authorized to use approved images, banners, and logos provided by us for marketing purposes. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials without prior consent.
• Compliance with Advertising Laws: Affiliates must comply with the relevant advertising laws and regulations in Egypt, including those related to consumer protection, privacy, and online marketing.
The following activities are strictly prohibited under this Agreement:
• Fraudulent Activities: Using any fraudulent means to generate clicks or sales, such as incentivizing clicks or making false claims, will result in immediate termination from the Program and potential legal action.
• Incentivizing Purchases: Affiliates may not offer incentives (e.g., cash back, rebates) to customers to make purchases via their affiliate links.
• Traffic Generation: Affiliates may not use paid search advertising (PPC) to bid on our brand names or product-related keywords without explicit consent from us.
We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate’s account for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Providing false information in the affiliate application.
• Failing to meet the Affiliate selection criteria or maintaining the quality of marketing content.
In the event of termination, all pending commissions will be paid out according to the Program’s payout schedule, provided that no violations occurred.
All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Liora Beauty Stores are owned by us. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of promoting our products within the scope of the Affiliate Program. This license may be revoked at any time.
